Booking and Payments:
Reservations done through Shah Mat Travel constitute full knowledge and acceptance of all terms and conditions on issue of deposit or payment received by Shah Mat Travel towards a confirmed travel package or service.

Visas and Documentation:
Each traveller must have a valid passport with at least 6 months minimum validity before it expires. The traveller is responsible for obtaining information about entry requirements and visas for the countries to which they are traveling.

Personal Travel Insurance:
Shah Mat Travel provides only travel insurance which covers accidents or incidents during your stay in Turkey. Passengers are advised to obtain their own travel insurance for health or baggage loss

Tip and Taxes:
Tips to guides, drivers, hotel staff etc.  are not included in package costs and are at your own discretion. Additional taxes, security charges or any other fees collected by governments, airports, airlines and other entities are not included unless specifically listed as included features.

Not Included on the price:
The following is a list of some major items not included in the rates:
-Room service charges, items not on portions of menus reserved for Shah Mat Travel passengers, laundry, beverages, alcoholic and otherwise, items of a personal nature, airport departure taxes and any other items not specifically listing in the package rate includes section.

Payment Schedule:
A 30% booking deposit is required on confirmation to keep all services as reserved and confirmed. The final 70% balance arrival of Istanbul or Cappadocia TURKEY. Credit cards are accepted, VISA and MASTERCARD.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations may only be cancelled by written notice sent by email or certified mail to Shah Mat Travel. If such written notice is received before arrival date / travel start date, Shah Mat Travel will accept such cancellation in these conditions :

For any reason of cancellation 10 % non-refund from total amount
-30 to 15 days prior arrival, 25% non-refund from total amount
-15 days to 7 days arrival, 50% non-refund from total amount
-less than 7 days or no-show , no refund is provided.
